Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Quarry Hill woman, Evangeline Day-Scott.
The 27-year-old was last seen at her home in Quarry Hill at 12.45am on Saturday 21 November.
Police have concerns for Evangeline's welfare due to a medical condition.
Evangeline was last seen wearing a purple dressing gown and carrying a shopping bag.
Investigators have released an image of Evangeline in the hope someone may have seen her and can provide information regarding her whereabouts.
