Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Lisa Weaver, Victoria Police say.
The 42-year-old was last seen at a hospital on Commercial Road, Melbourne on 17 May.
She is known to frequent the St Kilda area, although it is believed she may be in the Brunswick/Fitzroy areas.
Police hold concerns for Lisa’s welfare due to the amount of time she has been missing.
She is described as about 170cm tall with a thin build, light-coloured eyes and brown/grey curly hair, which is usually tied up.
Police have released an image of Lisa in the hope someone can provide information on her whereabouts.
