Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 77-year-old woman Suzanne White.
Suzanne was last seen leaving a care facility on Westgarth Street, Northcote about 6.40pm last night (19 February).
Police and family hold concerns for Suzanne's welfare as she has Alzheimer's and requires medication.
Suzanne is about 157cm tall, with a solid build, silver short hair and brown eyes.
Police have released an image of Suzanne in the hope that someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
She was last seen wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt, a black cardigan, black pants, and was carrying a black handbag.
Anyone who sees Suzanne is urged to contact Northcote Police Station on 9403 0200.
