Detectives from the Homicide Squad are appealing for public assistance to help locate Santino Yor as part of their investigation into a fatal stabbing in St Kilda earlier this month.
Despite a significant search over the past two weeks, police have been unable to locate the 18-year-old Albion man.
Yor is described as 182cm tall with a solid build, short dark hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent St Kilda, Fitzroy and the western suburbs.
Detectives have also released an image of Yor in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
