Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Benalla man Shaun Gray, Victoria Police say.
The 38-year-old left Benalla on Monday to travel to Melbourne and was expected to return home yesterday.
Shaun failed to return home and has not made any contact with family or friends.
Police have concerns for his safety and welfare as he has a medical condition that requires daily medication.
Police have released an image of Shaun in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Shaun or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Benalla Police Station on 5760 0200.
