Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Tom Smith, Victoria Police say.
The 13-year-old was last seen at his home address in Fulton Road, Blackburn about 5pm on Friday 21 July.
Police are concerned for Tom due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Tom in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Tom or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Forrest Hill Police Station on 8847 3600.
