Police are appealing for public assistance to locate 16-year-old boy reported missing from Rockhampton since September 1.
The boy (pictured) was last seen leaving and address on Alma Street and has not been heard from since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
The boy is described as Caucasian, around 175cm tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen carrying a large red and white packing bag.
Anyone who may have seen the boy or know his whereabouts is urged to come forward.
