Police seek help to find missing boy at Southport

Police are seeking the public's help to locate a 14-year-old Ashmore boy reported missing this afternoon.

The boy was last seen leaving an Anne Street educational facility at Southport around 2.30pm and has not made contact with family or friends since.

Police hold concerns for the boy's welfare due to his age and it is out of character

He is described as Pacific Islander, approximately 170cm tall, slim build, short dark hair, brown eyes.

The boy was last seen wearing a blue school uniform polo shirt and maroon shorts.
