Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 16-year-old boy reported missing from Upper Coomera on July 19.
The boy was last seen on June 11 at an educational facility on Muchow Road, Waterford West.
Police and the boy's family hold concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
The boy is described as Pacific Islander in appearance, 180cm tall, with an athletic build, brown eyes, black hair and has tattoos on his left forearm and a left calf.
Police urge anyone with information in relation to the boy's whereabouts to come forward.
