Police seek help to find missing boy Caleb Hoy

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Caleb Hoy.

The 16-year-old Glenroy boy was last seen at his Beatty Avenue home about 7pm on 24 April.

Police and family members hold concerns for Caleb's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.

An image has been released in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.

Caleb is described as being approximately 183cm tall, of thin build with blond hair.

It is believed that he frequents the Melbourne CBD and Glenroy areas.

Anyone who sights Caleb or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Fawkner Police Station on 9355 6000.
