Police seek help to find missing girl at Ipswich 17 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a nine-year-old girl reported missing from Raceview, Ipswich, earlier today.

The girl was last seen at her school in Wildey Street, heading towards Butler Street, just before 3pm.

She was wearing her school uniform which comprised of a dark blue shirt with white insignia, navy blue shorts and grey shoes.

She is described as Caucasian, 120cm tall, with very short brown hair.

Police and family hold concerns for the girl's welfare due to her age and a medical condition.

Anyone who may have seen her today or has any information is urged to contact police immediately.
