Police seek help to find missing girl at Gap

Police are seeking urgent public assistance to find 14-year-old Grace Candy who was scheduled to return to her home in the Gap last night (October 9), but has not been seen.

Concerns are held for Grace as she suffers from a medical condition and last spoke to her mother on the phone at 11pm last night (October 9).

Police are searching the area near her home as well as the Brisbane CBD where she often congregates.

Grace was last seen wearing dark blue track pants and a cream top, however it is likely she may have changed her clothes.

Police ask residents in the area to check their yards and around properties and urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact police.
