Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 15-year-old girl reported missing from Southside, Gympie since Thursday, 25 September.
The girl, pictured, was last see about 5.30pm at an address on Scotia Place and last contacted family on Saturday, 27 September.
Police hold concerns for the girls welfare due to her young age.
The girl is described as dark complexion, short dark curly hair, approximately 170cm tall, slim build.
Investigators believe the girl may be in the Logan or Ipswich area.
Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information about her whereabout to contact Policelink.
