Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 16-year-old girl reported missing in the Mackay region on the weekend.
She was last seen at Sarina around 3.30pm on Saturday December 17 and has not made contact with family or police since.
The girl is approximately 170 centimetres tall with a slim build, blonde hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing mid-length denim shorts, a white top and dark coloured slides.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown but she may be travelling in the Mackay, Bundaberg or Brisbane areas.
Police are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information about her whereabouts, to come forward.
