Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 12-year-old girl reported missing from Tarragingi since yesterday afternoon, 10 August.
The girl, pictured, left a Kara Street, Tarragindi address about 3pm, and was last seen on Roma Street, Brisbane City about 4.45pm, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Family and police hold concern for her welfare due to her young age and a medical condition.
The girl is Caucasian, approximately 150cm tall, with a slim build and light brown hair.
She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, great sweatpants, and white shoes.
Police believe she may also be pushing a beach style trolly with a teddy bear inside it.
Investigators are appealing to the girl, or anyone with information regarding her whereabout, to contact Policelink.
