Police seek help to find missing girl at Upper Coomera

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 16-year-old girl reported missing from Upper Coomera.

The girl (pictured) was last seen on April 2 at an address in Musk Avenue.

Police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

She is described as Caucasian in appearance, 165cm tall with a slim build and long black hair.

She was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie and black rimmed glasses.

Any members of the public who have seen her or know of her whereabouts are asked to contact police.
