Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 50-year-old man missing from Kleinton (Toowoomba) since December 9.
Braden Lyons (pictured) was last seen on Neil Street at approximately 6pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
He may be travelling in a silver Vauxhall Vectra with Queensland Registration 8RAD74 (pictured).
Police have serious concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
Braden is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black collard shirt and black shorts.
Police are appealing to Braden or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to immediately come forward.
