Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate an 82-year-old man reported missing from Auchenflower since yesterday afternoon, 27 November.
Peter Bartlem, pictured, was last seen leaving an address on Coronation Drive about 2.30pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for Peter's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition that may cause confusion.
Peter is Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall, with a slim build, grey hair, blue eyes and may be wearing glasses.
He was last seen wearing a long-sleeved blue polo t-shirt, navy blue long pants, black and white joggers and may have a hospital bracelet on his wrist.
Residents in Brisbane city area, especially Auchenflower, are urged to check their residents and nearby structures for signs of Peter.
Police are appealing to Peter and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward.
