A 75-year-old man has been reported missing north of Charleville.

Peter Yaun (pictured) left his property 40km north of Charleville yesterday and has not been in contact with family since.

Concerns are held for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition and may have become disorientated.

When Peter was last seen he was wearing light coloured shorts - similar to King Gee and a blue singlet.

Anyone who may have seen Peter, particularly anyone travelling along the Mitchell Highway, is urged to contact police.
