Police seek help to find missing man at Redbank Plains

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 59-year-old man who went missing from a care facility in Redbank Plains today.

Desmond Pittman was last seen leaving the Cotton Crescent facility around 12.30pm and may be heading to the Redcliffe area.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, 178cms tall, medium build with greying hair and beard. He was last wearing a grey T-shirt, grey shorts and thongs.

Concerns are held for his welfare as Desmond has a medical condition and does not have access to money or a mobile phone.
