Police seek help to find missing man at Russell Island

Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to help locate an 85-year-old man reported missing from Russell Island this morning (July 11).

Peter Green (pictured) left a Satton Street address on foot at approximately 8.45am and he has not made contact with anyone since.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition and requires medication.

Peter is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 178cm tall with a proportionate build, grey hair and facial hair.

He was last seen wearing black pants, a blue checked shirt with a grey cardigan and a blue beanie.

Police are appealing to Peter, or anyone who may have information regarding his whereabouts to urgently contact police.
