Police are appealing for urgent public assistance to locate a 72-year-old man missing from South Brisbane since this afternoon, July 8.
Jason Maingi (pictured) was last seen around 4pm, leaving a hotel on Merivale Street and has not been seen or heard from since.
He is described as African, approximately 182cm tall, with a proportionate build, black hair and brown eyes.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition that causes confusion.
Residents in the area are urged to check their properties, structures, cars, and trailers for signs of the man.
Police are appealing to Jason, and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to immediately come forward.
