Police seek help to find missing man at South Brisbane 1 January

South Brisbane police are seeking urgent assistance from the community to help locate a 58-year-old man reported missing this afternoon.

Tama Edwards was last seen leaving a facility on Cornwall Street before 6.30pm this evening, heading towards Ipswich Road.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare, due to a medical condition. Tama may appear disorientated and confused if approached.

Tama is described as a Pacific Islander, around 175cm tall and of a solid build. He has short grey hair and a grey beard.

Police are urgently appealing to anyone who may see Tama, or know of his whereabouts, to come forward.
