Police are seeking assistance to locate 55-year-old Aaron Davies, missing from Adams Street, Tara since Saturday July 17.
Police and family hold concerns for Aaron's safety and wellbeing as he suffers from a medical condition.
Aaron is described as Caucasian, approximately 175cms tall, with a proportionate build, grey hair and brown eyes.
Aaron or anyone who has information in relation to his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
