Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 78-year-old Alan Cook who has been reported missing in Wangan.
Alan was last seen at a Shay Street address at 9.30pm on Saturday March 12 and reported missing to police the next morning.
It is believed he may be travelling in his 2007 model Mazda BT-50 with Queensland registration 120KBO and the public is asked to look out for this vehicle.
Alan is described as 173cm tall with a solid build, brown hair and hazel eyes.
Family and police hold concerns for his safety due to a medical condition.
Anyone who sees Mr Cook or his vehicle is asked to contact police.
