Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Hung Tran.
The 79-year-old was last seen at a residence on Clanbrae Avenue, Burwood this morning at 11am.
Police and family members have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condiition requiring medication and he does not speak english.
Hung is from Vietnam and is visiting family in Burwood having only been in the country for ten days.
He is of Asian appearance, medium height and slim build.
Hung was last seen wearing a black beanie, black jacket, black track pants and grey runners.
Police have released an image of Hung in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
