Police are seeking assistance to help locate a 60-year-old Redlynch man, reported missing from the Cooktown area yesterday (October 2).
David Raymond Baxter pictured below, was last seen about 2.00pm riding his motorbike about 40km north of PK Jungle Village on Cape Tribulation Road, Cooktown.
David stopped with his riding companion at a roadworks red light, to plan their next stop. David never arrived at the planned stop and has not been seen since.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing full motorcycle clothing and riding a blue and white Honda 1000CC motorbike registration number 579PI.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.
