Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Ashburton teen Aaron Smith.
The 17-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Ashburton on Sunday 29 December about 4pm.
Police have concerns for Aaron's welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.
Aaron is known to frequent Bulleen and uses public transport.
Police have released an image of Arron in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Aaron is urged to contact Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
