Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 18-year-old Carlos Muncey.
Carlos was last seen about 3.45pm today in Casuarina Avenue, Torquay.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and as he has a medical condition.
Carlos is approximately 186cm tall, with a medium build and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, black tracksuit pants and Ugg boots.
Carlos is known to frequent the Torquay area.
Police have released an image of Carlos in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Carlos is asked to contact the Geelong Police Station on 03 5225 3170.
