Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 17-year-old Ebony Thompson-Rossiter.
Ebony was last seen about 4pm on Wednesday 3 April in the Emerald area.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Ebony is approximately 160cm tall, and has long brown hair with blonde highlights and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the Emerald, Belgrave and Cranbourne areas, however recent information suggests she may be in the Ballarat area.
Police have also released an image Ebony in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
