Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Jessica Ku Dos Reis.
Jessica was last seen on 18 October at an event on Southbank.
Police have concerns for Jessica's welfare due to her age and her lack of contact with her family and friends .
Jessica is described as 160cm tall with long dark hair .
Police have also released an image of Jessica in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jessica is asked to contact the Craigieburn Police Station on 9303 4433.
