Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Dandenong North teen Karamjot Gandhi.
The 16-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Dandenong North on New Year's Day about 12pm.
Police have concerns for Karamjot's welfare as his disappearance is out of character and he has a medical condition.
Karamjot is known to frequent the Glen Waverley area.
Police have released an image of Karamjot in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Karamjot is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
