Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 33-year-old woman missing from Sandgate since Wednesday, May 14.
Crystal Donnelly, pictured, was last seen at an address on Mell Street about 8pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to a medical condition.
Crystal is Caucasian, approximately 157cm tall, with an average built, dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Police believe Crystal may be travelling to New South Wales (NSW).
Investigators are appealing to Crystal, or anyone with information about her whereabout to contact police.
