Police Seek Help To Find Missing Woman At Bracken Ridge 31 August

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 41-year-old woman who has been missing from Bracken Ridge since 29 August.

Lisa Mountford (pictured) was last seen at an address on Warunda Street, around 4am and has not been seen since.

Police are concerned for her safety as she has a medical condition which requires medication.

Lisa is described as 167cm, Caucasian, platinum blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, blue skirt and white slide thongs.

Police are appealing for Lisa, or anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, to come forward.
