Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate a 69-year-old woman reported missing from Deeragun since this morning, 25 March.
Edith Lightning was last seen at a Meranti Street address about 11.30am and has not been seen or heard from since.
Family hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition that may cause confusion.
Edith is First Nations, approximately 155cm tall, with proportionate build and shoulder length grey hair.
Investigators believe she may by travelling in the Aitkenvale area on foot and was last seen wearing a pink jacket.
Residents in Deeragun, Aitkenvale and surrounding areas are urged to check their properties and nearby structures for signs of Edith.
Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
