Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 31-year-old woman who has not been seen since 30 March.
Rachel was last seen at a business on Commercial Road at Teneriffe.
Police and family hold concerns for her welfare, as she has not contacted family since.
Her current whereabouts are unknown, however she is known to frequent the Sunshine Coast and Mackay regions.
Rachel is described as Caucasian, with a medium build and brown hair, and was last seen wearing long black pants and a brown singlet.
Investigators are appealing to Rachel or anyone who may have further information to contact police.
She was reported missing to police on 11 April and investigations are ongoing.
