Police seek help to find missing woman at Cairns 27 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 71-year-old woman reported missing from Bentley Park (Cairns).

Wharengaro Harman (pictured) was last seen leaving a residence on Gilmore Street around 4pm yesterday afternoon (February 26).

She is described as Maori, around 160cm tall with brown eyes and short dark hair, and was last seen wearing white Reebok running shoes.

Police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

Anyone who may have seen the woman or know of her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
