Police are seeking assistance to locate 57-year-old Leigh Klemens, last seen leaving a residence on the corner of Targo and May Streets, Walkervale around 4pm yesterday afternoon (Monday October 4).
Police and family hold concerns for Leigh's safety and wellbeing as she suffers from a medical condition and may be agitated and confused.
She is described as Caucasian, approximately 170cm tall with a slim build, long grey hair and blue eyes. She may be wearing a dark blue singlet top and blue shorts.
Leigh, or anyone who has any information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact police.
