Police are seeking public assistance to locate a missing 58-year-old woman who was reported missing from the Caboolture area late last month.
The woman (pictured) left her address without explanation and has not been in contact with family since then.
She is described as Caucasian, 160cm tall, medium build, with shoulder length, blonde hair. She has a nose ring in her right nostril and tattoos of mushrooms and butterfly's on upper right shoulder and a scroll and the outline of a love heart on her upper left shoulder.
Police would like to speak to the woman or anyone with information of her whereabouts.
