Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Sanaa Tmiri.
The 34-year-old was last seen in Queen Street, Lalor yesterday afternoon about 5.30pm.
Police have concerns for her welfare as she has only been in the country for a short time.
She is described as 170cm, with a thin build and fair skin.
She was last seen wearing a red Hijab, black top, black pants and blue shoes.
Police have released an image of Sanaa in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Sanaa is asked to contact Epping Police Station on 9409 8100.
