Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old Rhys Leone.
Rhys was last seen on 5 March in the Sale area.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and the length of time he has been missing.
Rhys is approximately 172cm tall with dark hair.
Police have released an image of Rhys in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Rhys is urged to contact the Morwell Police Station on 5131 5000.
