Police seek help to find Sarah Tan

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sarah Tan.

The 15-year-old Hawthorn East girl was last spoken to by a family member over the phone on the morning of Wednesday 22 May, but has not been since Friday 17 May.

Police and family members hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and have released images in the hope someone may recognise her and provide information on her whereabouts.

Sarah is Asian in appearance and about 160cm tall with long straight black hair.

She has braces on her teeth and a number of tattoos, including three dots above her right eyebrow, a snake on her right forearm, a dagger on her left hand and a small heart under her right eye.

Sarah also has two nose piercings.

She may be wearing dark baggy track pants and black leather high-cuffed Converse sneakers.

Anyone who sees Sarah or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
