Police seek help to locate Camperdown man believed missing in Royal National Park

A search is underway for a man reported missing from Sydney's Inner West yesterday.

Inner West Police Area Command commenced an investigation after Christopher Deep, aged 36, was reported missing yesterday (Friday 26 February 2021).

Following inquiries, police determined Christopher, from Camperdown, was last seen at Loftus Railway Station with his bike at about 12.25pm on Tuesday (23 February 2021).

It is believed he went for a ride in nearby bushland.

As part of ongoing inquiries, officers from Sutherland Shire Police Area Command, assisted by the Police Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit, are conducting a search in the Royal National Park at Loftus today (Saturday 27 February 2021).

Christopher is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 180-185cm tall, 70-75kg, slim build, fair complexion, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, dark shorts, grey sneakers and a blue bike helmet. He also had a backpack.
