Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to locate missing Wheelers Hill man John.
The 91-year-old was last seen on Collegium Avenue in Wheeler Hill on Sunday 30 November about 10am.
John left in his grey Suzuki sedan with registration 1DR5MQ and was believed to be heading to the Blackburn South area.
Police and family have serious concerns for John due to his disappearance being extremely out of character.
John is Caucasian in appearance, about 150cm tall with grey hair.
He does not have a mobile phone.
Police have shared an image of John in the hopes that someone may have information on his whereabouts.
