Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Alfredton man Simon.
The 51-year-old was last seen in Alfredton about 2pm on Wednesday 17 February.
Police and family hold concerns for Simon's welfare as his disappearance is extremely out of character.
Simon is approximately 188cm tall, with a solid build and is described as having balding grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue sports shorts, runners and a black hat.
A photo of Simon has been released in the hope that it may lead to information on his current whereabouts.
Police believe he could be in NSW, particularly the Gundagai area.
Anyone who sights Simon or with information is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
