Police are currently searching for and appealing for public assistance to locate missing Point Cook man Demin.
The 77-year-old was last seen leaving a residential property on Greg Norman Drive in Point Cook on 1 September about 7am.
Police and family have serious concerns for Demin due to a medical condition and his disappearance being out of character.
Demin speaks Mandarin and does not have a mobile phone with him.
Police have released an image of Demin in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Demin is described as Asian in appearance, about 165cm tall, with a medium build.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper, blue or black pants and a blue hat.
