Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Dimitri.
The 44-year-old left a relative's address in Balwyn on Saturday morning around 9.30.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition which requires daily medication.
He is described as being 185cm tall, solid build, olive complexion with dark hair and unshaven.
When last seen he was wearing a fluro style tradie top, shorts and work boots.
Police have released an image of Dimitri in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
