Police are appealing for public assistance in the search for missing man Dougal.
The 32-year-old was last seen in Ballarat Central about 7am yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Dougal is believed to be sleeping rough and is known to frequent the Wodonga, Ballarat and Melbourne CBD areas.
He is described as being about 186cm tall with a thin build, short dark hair and extensive tattoos on his legs and neck.
Police have released an image of Dougal in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged not to approach him and contact Wodonga Police Station on 02 6049 2620.
