Police are appealing for help from the public to find missing man Leigh Barker.
The 49-year-old was last seen at an address in Strathfieldsaye on August 10 at about 2pm.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
He was wearing a black baseball cap, black jeans, black jacket and work boots.
Leigh is caucasian, with a medium build and short grey hair.
He could be travelling in a black 2014 Mitsubishi Triton Ute with the registration VBARKS.
Investigators believe he may have travelled to the Whipstick area.
Police have released a photo of Leigh in the hope someone recognises him.
