Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Bayswater man Marek.
The 70-year-old was last seen at a care facility on Percival Street about 5.30am on 19 October.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Marek doesn't speak English, however, is fluent in Polish.
He is described as being between 175-185cm tall with grey hair.
Marek was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and black shoes.
He is known to frequent local shopping centres.
Police have released an image of Marek in the hope someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
